Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in coaching with Rooted Nutrition & Wellness, I agree to the following: 1. Coaching services are educational and non-medical 2. Payment terms are agreed upon at enrollment 3. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be forfeited 4. No refunds will be approved unless previously agreed upon with coach. 5. Coaching may be discontinued by either party if expectations are not met 6. Respectful communication is required at all times This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the coaching relationship.
